Orders & delivery
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. UK orders go by tracked UK delivery, and international orders by tracked international shipping.
Is there free shipping?
Yes. Orders over £80 qualify for free shipping. Your bag shows how close you are.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Orders outside the UK may incur local handling and customs fees, charged by your local carrier on delivery.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email when your order is on its way, with tracking where your delivery service includes it.
Can I order from different creators in one go?
Yes. Everything on ICONBOX goes in one bag with one checkout.
Drops
What happens when a drop ends?
Limited drops are only available until the timer runs out. Tap Notify me on the product page to hear if it returns, or join the newsletter for first access to the next one.
Do sold-out items come back?
Some do, many don't. Leave your email on a sold-out product and we'll let you know if it's restocked.
Returns
Can I return something?
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Email shop@iconbox.co.uk to start a return.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Please contact us straight away at shop@iconbox.co.uk so we can put it right.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
